Terms and Conditions
1. General terms
1.3. The user is an able-bodied natural or legal person who purchases in the Women's store or uses other services of the Women's store. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 use the services of the Women Store only with the permission of a parent or guardian, unless they have their own income at their disposal.
1.8. WingsLogistic reserves the right to change the price of the goods or set a special price for the goods. The goods are sold to the User at the prices that are valid at the time of ordering the goods.
2.2. When making a purchase in the Women Store, the User must enter his / her name, surname, product delivery address, telephone number and e-mail, as this data WingsLogistic is necessary for concluding a product purchase agreement with the User and to ensure communication with the User and delivery to the User.
2.4. By registering in the Women Store, the User is responsible for the security of his registration data and undertakes to store them and not pass them on to third parties. If the registration data is used by a third party, he is considered a User. If the User loses the registration data, or the User suspects that his / her registration data may have been obtained by a third party, the User must immediately inform WingsLogistic via the means of communication, where the Contacts of the Women store can be found at the very bottom of the website (Footer ).
2.6. WingsLogistic guarantees that the User's data will be used only for the purposes of purchasing and direct marketing of goods.
2.7. WingsLogistic undertakes to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data provided by the User, and undertakes not to disclose the User's personal data to third parties, except WingsLogistic partners who provide goods to the User or provide other order fulfillment services, as well as public authorities on a legal basis.
2.8.At the time of delivery of the goods, the consignee of the goods may be required to present an identity document in order to establish the identity of the person.
3. Conclusion of a purchase-sale agreement
3.1. The user can purchase items on the site Women Store an unlimited number of times.
3.3. Purchase agreements are registered and stored in the Women store database.
3.5. If WingsLogistic fails to contact the User within 3 (three) working days from the order, the order is canceled, WingsLogistic will refund the User only for the product, but the delivery fee will not be refunded.
3.6. In an emergency, when due to unforeseen circumstances WingsLogistic is unable to deliver the product purchased on the Women Store website, WingsLogistic undertakes to offer a similar product. If the User does not agree, WingsLogistic shall refund to the User the money paid for the unavailable product as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment when the User refuses a similar product.
4. Price of goods and payment procedure
4.1.The prices of the goods on the website Women's shop are indicated in euros, VAT is included in the price.
4.2. The user pays for the goods in the following ways:
4.2.1. using Internet banking "paysera" services (when ordering a product);
4.2.2. by bank transfer (when ordering the product);
4.2.3. by credit card (when ordering the product);
4.3.If there is an overpayment for the goods, WingsLogistic will refund it to the User by transfer to the bank account from which the User paid for the goods. If the overpayment has been made using another payment method, the User must submit a written application to WingsLogistic, indicating the bank account number to which WingsLogistic must transfer the overpaid amount to the User.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. By choosing the delivery method, the user undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address.
5.2. The Goods may be delivered to the User by WingsLogistic or its authorized representative.
5.3. The user undertakes to receive his ordered goods from the courier.
5.4 If the amount of the User's order is more than 100.00 EUR (one hundred euros and 00 euro cents), then the delivery of goods to the User is free of charge. WingsLogistic reserves the right to change the minimum order amount at any time in its sole discretion, from which delivery is free.
5.5. WingsLogistic will do its best to ensure that the ordered goods are delivered as soon as possible. Approximate delivery time in the territory of Latvia is 2-3 (two to three) working days after the completion of the purchase.
5.6. If the User is not present at the delivery address provided by the User, WingsLogistic has the right to deliver the goods to a person who is informed of the order number at the delivery address and has reached the age of majority, but the User has no right to make any claims against WingsLogistic for delivery to non-compliant persons.
5.7. If the delivery of the goods to the User is not possible due to the User's fault or circumstances depending on the User (the User has provided an incorrect address, the User cannot be found at the specified address, the specified address cannot be accessed, etc.), the goods are not sent again, but the order is canceled. In this case, WingsLogistic will refund the User only for the product, but the delivery fee will not be refunded.
5.8. Upon receipt of the goods, the User or his representative checks the conformity of the goods to the order and signs for the receipt of the goods in the manner and place specified by the supplier of the goods. By signing for the receipt of the goods, the User or his representative confirms that the goods have been handed over to him in good condition and in accordance with the goods purchase agreement. In all cases when a courier delivers to the User a product whose packaging is crumpled, wet or otherwise damaged from the outside, the User must indicate (write a comment) in the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, or write a separate report on such defects. The user must do this in the presence of a courier. WingsLogistic shall not be liable for any defects in the goods which were obvious at the time of delivery but which were not indicated in the delivery confirmation. The accompanying document for the delivery of goods is attached to the shipment of goods by WingsLogistic or sent electronically to the e-mail specified by the User after receipt of confirmation of delivery of goods to the User.
6. Quality of goods
6.1. The characteristics of all products sold in the Women store are indicated in the product description next to each product. WingsLogistic ensures that the main characteristics of the goods sold in the Women store (information about the manufacturer, model, color, volume, etc.) correspond to the actual characteristics of the goods and the terms of the contract. The criteria for the product's compliance with the terms of the contract are specified in the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
6.2. Goods purchased on the Women Store website are subject to the warranty required by applicable law.
6.3. If after receiving the product the User (within the meaning of Section 6 consumer in the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law - a natural person who purchases the product for a purpose not related to its economic or professional activity) finds that the product does not comply with the contract, then in accordance with Within two years from the date of receipt of the product, the User is entitled to file a claim with WingsLogistic for non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract. The User submits the claim to WingsLogistic within two months from the date of discovery of the non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract.
6.4.After the expiry of the term specified in Clause 6.3, the User is entitled to file a claim for non-compliance of the product with the provisions of the contract, observing the product warranty period.
6.5. In the event of a product not complying with the terms of the Agreement, the User is entitled to request that WingsLogistic perform one of the following actions:
1) eliminates the non-compliance of the product with the provisions of the contract;
2) exchange the product for one that would ensure compliance with the terms of the contract;
3) reduce the price of the goods accordingly;
4) cancels the contract and refunds the amount paid to the consumer for the product.
6.6.First of all, the User is entitled to ask WingsLogistic to eliminate the non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract or to exchange the product for the contract free of charge, unless this is not possible or disproportionate (disproportionate if it causes WingsLogistic costs disproportionate to other the alternative product indicated, taking into account the value of the product without the non-conformity, the significance of the non-conformity and whether the use of the alternative product does not cause significant inconvenience to the consumer).
6.7. If it is not possible to eliminate the non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract or to exchange the product for free, the User is entitled to request that WingsLogistic reduce the price of the product or cancel the contract and refund the amount paid for the product. When reducing the price or canceling the contract and refunding the amount, WingsLogistic may take into account the depreciation of the product or the benefit obtained by the User from the use of the product and agreed by the contracting parties.
6.8. In case of insignificant non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract (it does not significantly reduce the quality or performance of the product's basic functions and can be remedied without visually detectable changes in the product's appearance) and does not significantly affect the User's ability to use the product. and refund the amount paid for the goods.
6.9.Objections and requests regarding non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract The user can express WingsLogistic both orally and in writing by sending an application to WingsLogistic to the address Tirgoņu iela 8, Ogre, LV-5001. After evaluating the objections, WingsLogistic provides the User with an answer.
7. Right of withdrawal and return of goods
7.1.If the User is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (a natural person who purchases a product for a purpose not related to its economic or professional activity), then the User (consumer) may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any justification. Pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of May 20, 2014 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 30 calendar days from the delivery of the goods by submitting a WingsLogistic application for exercising the right of withdrawal.
7.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must act in one of the following ways:
7.2.1. The user sends a notification electronically by e-mail to WingsLogistic e-mail: email@example.com. In the e-mail notification, the User indicates the return object (product name), the order number and the bank account number to which the User wishes to receive a refund of the amount paid for the returned goods. By sending a waiver to WingsLogistic email. WingsLogistic shall notify the User of the application for the exercise of the right of withdrawal received in electronic form by e-mail immediately upon receipt thereof;
7.2.2. The user fills in the opt-out application through his profile on the Women store. To exercise the right of withdrawal in this way, the User first logs in to his user profile on the Women Store, selects the specific order in which the purchased goods want to be returned in full or in part, and notes which goods and in what quantity the User wants to return WingsLogistic. After indicating the name and quantity of the returned goods, the User must indicate the bank account number to which the User wishes to receive a refund for the returned goods, and the User must indicate the way in which the User will return the goods to WingsLogistic parcel terminal). Optionally, the User can specify the reason for returning the goods. After entering this data, the User confirms the return application and returns the goods to WingsLogistic in the manner chosen by the User immediately, but not later than within 30 days from the date of sending the refusal request. When WingsLogistic has received back the goods returned by the User, WingsLogistic will send the User a confirmation of receipt of the goods.
7.6. WingsLogistic shall, without undue delay, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the User's application for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, refund to the User the amount paid by him, including delivery costs paid for the delivery of goods. WingsLogistic transfers the refundable amount to the bank account specified by the User using the right of withdrawal.
7.7. If the User at the time of ordering the goods had clearly expressed the wish to receive the goods using a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by WingsLogistic, WingsLogistic is not obliged to reimburse the User for additional delivery costs.
7.8. WingsLogistic reserves the right to withhold the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of goods to the User until WingsLogistic has received the returned product from the User or received the User's confirmation that the User has returned the product to WingsLogistic, whichever is earlier. .
7.9. The direct cost of returning the product is paid by the User. If, due to its nature, the goods cannot be returned by post, the consumer shall bear all costs associated with the return of the goods.
7.10. The user may exercise the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
7.10.1. the returned product (s) must be in the original packaging and the User has not opened the packaging of the product;
7.10.2. the product must not be damaged;
7.10.3.the product has not been used, has not lost its trade appearance (preserved labels, security packaging, etc.) (this does not apply to the product already damaged during delivery, about which the User has indicated objections in the confirmation of receipt of the product);
7.10.4. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when they were received.
7.11. WingsLogistic has the right to refuse to take back the product if the deadlines for returning the product were not met.
7.12.The user is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. The user is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if the goods have been used in a way that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, including for purposes other than ascertaining the nature or operation of the goods. The goods must be undamaged, have not lost the appearance of the goods (unremoved and undamaged labels, torn protective films, etc.) and unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same set as it was received, definitely returning the document of purchase of the product and other accessories of the product that were attached to it at the time of receipt. If the product is not fully assembled, damaged, untidy or not properly packaged, WingsLogistic has the right not to accept the product, as well as not to refund the User the money paid for the product.
8. Information exchange
8.1. WingsLogistic communicates with the User via email, postal address or telephone number. The user can use any form of communication, where the contacts of the Women store are indicated, which can be found at the very bottom of the website (Footer).
9.2. In the event of a loss, the guilty party indemnifies the other party for the direct loss.
9.3. Women Store is not responsible for non-compliance of non-essential features (actual size, shape or tone nuances, etc.) of the goods shown in the images of the Women Store with the actual characteristics of the goods due to the screen parameters, lighting or any other similar external conditions of the device used by the User.
9.4. WingsLogistic shall not be liable for delays or non-performance of obligations or other types of non-performance due to circumstances and obstacles beyond WingsLogistic's reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, acts of war or national emergencies, terrorist threats or acts, environmental or climate anomalies, non-compliance by third parties, disruptions to the Internet connection, and failures of computer equipment and software. In the event of such force majeure, WingsLogistic will endeavor to rectify the delay as soon as possible.
10. Different rules
10.2. If the order is placed on a natural person and the place of receiving of goods is at our office, it is sufficient to name only the order ID number to receive the order. In this case, the order can be received by you or a third party who knows the order ID number.
10.3. The order can also be sent to EU countries, Scandinavia and 3 countries. When trying to buy the product (s), delivery to your marked country is not possible, in which case you must contact our manager separately by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, so that the Women's store can solve this issue without hesitation.
10.4.In case of any questions or disagreements, the User contacts WingsLogistic customer service by phone or e-mail. All disputes shall, as far as possible, be settled by negotiation. A user who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (a natural person who purchases a product for a purpose not related to its economic or professional activity) has the opportunity to exercise and protect his / her legal rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Law and related regulatory enactments. in order. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court in accordance with the procedures specified in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

Instructions for refusal
Right of withdrawal
If the Customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (a natural person who purchases the product (s) for a purpose not related to its economic activity), the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the consumer has the right to return the product purchased by the Women Store to SIA “WingsLogistic” within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
The term of exercising the right of withdrawal will expire after 30 (thirty) calendar days, starting from the day when the Customer has acquired or a third party, other than the carrier, and indicated by the Customer, has acquired possession of the goods.
The customer informs WingsLogistic about the return by notifying it in writing (email@example.com) indicating the return object and order number. When returning the product (s), the Customer can use the sample withdrawal form or print it by requesting it to our manager by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the bank account number.
Consequences of refusal
If the Customer withdraws from this agreement, WingsLogistic will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs. Repayment will be made using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to do otherwise. In any case, no fee will be charged to the Customer in connection with such refund. WingsLogistic may withhold a refund until the received item (s) has been returned or until the Customer has provided confirmation that the item (s) have been returned, whichever is earlier.
The Customer shall send the goods to the address of WingsLogistic: Tirgoņu Street 8, Ogre, LV-5001 without undue delay and in any case not later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day when the Customer WingsLogistic announced its decision to withdraw from this agreement. The deadline will be met if the Customer returns the product (s) before the end of the 30 (thirty) calendar day period.
Return of goods is subject to the following conditions:
- the returned product (s) must be in the original packaging;
- the goods must not be damaged;
- the goods have not been used, have not lost the appearance of trade (preserved labels, security films, etc.), (this does not apply to products already damaged during delivery);
- the returned item (s) must be in the same condition as when received;
- The customer must cover the direct return costs.
The customer is only liable for the decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for purposes other than determining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
